Myopathy characterized by muscle pain, tenderness, and/or weakness.
Heart Attack
Kidney(Renal)failure-there are numerous symptoms of kidney failure, including weakness, shortness of breath, loss of appetite, and less visible symptoms such as high potassium (hyperkalemia) and urine (uremia) levels in the blood.
