Charles Balkin received a BS in Economics at the University of Illinois in 1963 and graduated from the DePaul University School of Law in 1966.
Mr. Balkin's law practice encompasses all aspects of serious personal injury and mass tort (pharmaceutical) litigation with over four decades of litigation experience. He has successfully tried numerous cases involving major pharmaceutical companies, medical malpractice and product liability claims.
Mr. Balkin has played a key role in many of the most recent drug litigation cases such as Fen-Phen, Zyprexa, Vioxx and many more. His years of experience have given him tremendous insight into the issues faced by clients and their families, whose lives have been affected by serious injuries.

Mr. Balkin was the founding and managing partner of Balkin & Doran, LLC, from 1978 to 1999. In 1999, he became co-founder of Balkin & Eisbrouch, LLC where he remains today.
